Burland

Burland is a country in Dragon Quest IV. Ragnar's home, it is located in the northerly reaches of the planet's main continent. Baturando is the setting for the first chapter, and the party must return several times later in the game to advance the story.

The DS remake of the game has everyone speaking in a Scots accent.
