The Calasmonaut is a monster that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest XI. These undead foot soldiers are part of the Dark One Calasmos's armies.

Characteristics

Calasmonauts are skeletal warriors whose bones and armaments share the same light green and gold color scheme as their dark master. The shields they carry in their left hands bear the symbol of Calasmos. The skeletons have been animated by the dark magic of the evil god and are said to possess no free will of their own, mindlessly carrying out its orders. In battle, they are capable of paralyzing their opponents with a rapid series of sword slashes.
