First go to Quester's Rest and talk to Krak Pot, use alchemy to Convert 6 medicinal herb to 3 strong medicine Convert 1 medicinal herb and 1 strong medicine to 1 superior medicine Convert 2 strong medicine to 1 special medicine Convert 1 special medicine, 1 superior medicine and 1 moonwort bulb to panacea Give panacea to Bill to complete the quest.
