First go to Quester's Rest and talk to Krak Pot, use alchemy to: Convert 6 medicinal herbs to 3 strong medicines Convert 1 medicinal herb and 1 strong medicine to 1 superior medicine Convert 2 strong medicines to 1 special medicine Convert 1 special medicine, 1 superior medicine and 1 moonwort bulb to 1 panacea Give the panacea to Bill to complete the quest.
