They can be purchased from the Tact Point Shop for 2,000 points each, received as a reward for completing the Claws: Advanced level, or received by completing Stage 3 of the Skelegon or Rashaverak's Battle Roads.
Dragon Quest Smash/Grow
The Silver Claws are 2★ claws with an Attack bonus of +39 at level 1. Their Coup de Grâce is Can Opener and their Enchantment is Avenger's Accelerate. The claws can be acquired normally from any transmuter.
