The Religious nut is a monster in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VII.

Characteristics

Religious nuts are slightly stronger Epipanies, tiny blue creatures that are doing their best imitation of a human cleric. They have ditched the silver holy symbol carried in their left hands in favour of a wooden rice paddle instead. The miniature priests still wear vestments made of blue leaves and an acorn miter that obscures their eyes. Their repertoire of healing magic has expanded to be able to cast both Midheal and Multiheal on their fellow monsters, but they still fail when it comes to casting the powerful Omniheal. They are still quite limited due to their lack of magic power.
