The dancer's mail is a recurring suit of armor in the Dragon Quest series. Designed for battle dancers, it increases the wearer's evasion rate thanks to its light weight and freedom of movement.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
The dancer's mail has a defence bonus of +37, a style bonus of +38, and raises the wearer's evasion to 1/6th. Only Maribel and Aishe can wear it.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
The dancer's mail has a defence bonus of +57, raises evasion to 1/8th, and can only be equipped by Angelo and Red. It can only be acquired using the Alchemy Pot, and can be sold for 8200 gold.
