Defensive Stance is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. When used, it greatly increases the user's Defence for a short time.

Details
Defensive Stance is known naturally by Hacksaurus and Sir Roseguardin at level 1 and costs 15 MP to use. It raises the user's DEF stat by 2 stages for 3 turns. It can also be taught to any unit by using an ability scroll.
