The Fizzle foil has an Attack bonus of +80 and a charm bonus of +22. These stats can be upgraded up to +3, which increase the Attack and charm bonuses to +83/23, +86/24, +90/25 respectively. The sword can be bought in Gallopolis and Gondolia for 14,800 Gold Coins and sold for 7,400. It can also be made with the Fun-Size Forge with the recipe Making the Most of Mythril:
