Giana Pit
Giana Pit is a location in the overworld of Dragon Quest III. It is only accessible via Lamia. It is the main connection between overworld and underworld in Dragon Quest III.
Before Baramos' Defeat
Before defeating Baramos, the pit is guarded by 2 men and completly surrounded by a wall. This prevents anyone from entering the pit.
After Baramos' Defeat
After the defeat of Baramos, the pit has been enlarged by Zoma and his minions. Only 1 of the 2 guards is still there and the pit is now easily accessible, allowing entrance into Alefgard.
