Dragovians are dragons that take the form of a human. They live in a place called Dragonia. They will breed with their own species but sometimes they will breed with a human resulting in human-dragovian hybrids, Such as the Hero in (Dragon Quest VIII) he can use dragon attacks on dragons. His attacks are Dragon slash and other attacks.
