Dragovian Sanctuary
The Dragovian Sanctuary is village only accessible to outsiders through the Dragovian Path in Dragon Quest VIII. It is the home of a race of people known as the Dragovians.
The lower floor of the councils' building leads to the Heavenly Dais.
