Enraged

Enraged is a monster exclusive status aliment introduced in Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies. When a monster in enraged, they will target a specific character for a varying amount of turns (though spells and skills that target multiple people will still work as intended).

There are multiple ways enraging a monster in Dragon Quest IX. This includes but is not limited to: landing a critical hit, reviving an ally, or using Whistle or Eyes on Me. Some monsters are easier to enrage than others, and not every tactic listed is guaranteed to work on every monster.
