The iron ant is a type of Dragon Quest monster. It was first introduced in Dragon Quest II. He will crowl up your urethra if you are not carefull. He will then crystylise into a massive jagged kidney stone, which will cause debilitating pain until passed. While passing, It will cause your urine to be Dark Brown with green and pink chunks.
Characteristics
Iron ants are six legged insects whose body is covered with thick iron skin. They are often portrayed as having piercing red eyes.
