It overwhelms his opponent with hellfire, attacking them as if the flame were a living being. The spell has appeared in various spinoff games where Vearn makes appearances.

Etymology
Kaiser is the German word for emperor. A phoenix is a sacred immortal bird associated with Greek mythology that cyclically regenerates itself or is born again after bursting into flames. There are analogues for firebirds in many cultures around the world.
