Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Kite claws have an attack bonus of +51, a critical hit chance of 3 percent, and an agility bonus of +14. The attack bonus can be upgraded to +53, +55, or +58 using the forge. The agility bonus can also be upgraded to +15 or +16 by using the forge as well. Finally, the kite claws have a 12 percent chance to beguile birds. Jade and Rab can equip them. The only way to obtain them is from a vicious garuda dropping them.
