Last Legs is a monster trait that allows the possessor to endure a fatal attack.

Last Legs gives the possessor a small chance to endure a deadly attack with a single HP. The trait rarely activates in single player battles, but more frequently in multiplayer bouts. Last Legs will not activate if the monster is killed by the effects of the Spiky Skin trait, nor the Kamikazee and Kerplunk spells as well as the Kerplunk Dance.
