Legendary armour
The legendary armour is a set of prestigious platemail that was introduced to the series as part of the legendary equipment for the ninth game, before being reappearing in the eleventh. As such is it a suit of mythical mail that is not tied to a specific hero and can be equipped by several characters in the games it appears in instead of being reserved for the player's avatar as its past contemporaries were.
