Monsters series

Dragon Quest Monsters

In the Game Boy Color and PlayStation releases of Dragon Quest Monsters, a monster's personality affects the chance it will obey plans in combat, special actions it might take in combat, and dialogue at the arena. Having a monster follow a charge, mixed, or cautious plan in combat, or run from combat, influences the monster's personality. Personality is not used in the Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland 3D remake.
