Regan

Rick is a minor character from Dragon Quest IV. He is the Prince of Bonmalmo.

In Chapter 3, Taloon learns that Monica and Monica, the Princess of Endor, are in love and wish to marry, and by exchanging their letters and secretly apprising the kings of the situation, he causes the engagement to go through. The King of Bonmalmo, having discovered that he will suitable influence in Endor thanks to this arrangement, calls off his plan to make war on Endor.
