Regan

Regan (or Reed in the NES version) is a minor character from Dragon Quest IV. He is the Prince of Ballymoral.

In Chapter 3, Torneko learns that Regan and Veronica, the Princess of Endor, are in love and wish to marry, and by exchanging their letters and secretly apprising the kings of the situation, he causes the engagement to go through. The King of Ballymoral, having discovered that he will gain suitable influence in Endor thanks to this arrangement, calls off his plan to make war on Endor.
