Shinnock is, or rather, appears to be a small town between Lakanaba and Ballymoral. It is, in fact, an illusion created by foxes to entice travellers to stay there indefinitely.

The local shop is also a trick. The items the merchant appears to be selling are not what Torneko will receive if he buys them.

An architect, Archie O'tect, is staying there, and Torneko brings a dog to dispel the illusion and free him. Template:DQIV
