Cutter-Upper is a skill in the series.

Characteristics edit

A skill where the user violently slashes at a single enemy with their sharp claws. In most games, it delivers four slashing attacks, inflicting 50% of the damage of a normal attack to a single target for each strike. In Dragon Quest Tact, it simply deals a higher amount of damage than a normal attack to a single target.

Cutter-Upper is an enemy-only skill used by monsters such as Marquis de Léon, Bullion, and Elephant king. It slashes a single character four times at 50% potency for each strike for a total of 200% damage as a normal attack.
