The Flame armour bottom has a Defence bonus of +78, a Style bonus of +25, and a Weight bonus of +40. It has a 5% chance of increasing the wearer's Tension by one stage at the start of battle. It has an equipment level of 118 and can be equipped by a Warrior, Paladin, Demon Swordsman, Guardian, or Armamentalist if they have allocated enough skill points into their Fource skill. The armour can be crafted by an armour blacksmith and the entire set consists of the top and bottom, the helm, gauntlets, and greaves. If all five pieces are equipped, ice damage taken is reduced by 20%, fire attack damage is increased by 5%, and the wearer has a 5% chance of increasing their Tension by one stage when taking an action.
Dragon Quest Smash/Grow edit
The Flame Armour (Bottom) is 3★ lower body armour with a Defence bonus of +15 and a Magical Defence bonus of +13 at level 1. Its starting Boons are Beast Killer +5%, Physical Damage +5%, and Sword Fire Damage +5%. The armour can be acquired randomly from any transmuter.
