Hypno Fireball
Hypno Fireball is a breath attack that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Balzack's signature abilities, spitting out a fireball at a single enemy that can put them to sleep.

Hypno Fireball can be learned by Balzack at level 26 and costs 45 MP to use. It has a range of up to three squares away from him, inflicts moderate Frizz-type breath damage to a single enemy, and has a chance to put them to sleep.
