Lupine Gust can be learned by Ruff at level 53 and costs 58 MP to use. It inflicts 250% potency Woosh-type physical damage to all enemies in a small fan-shaped area in front of him. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
