Characteristics edit
Toxic toads are amphibians that have grown to the size of men. Much like poisonous frogs in the real world, they have warty blue-green skin that warns attackers of their poisonous attacks and are a nuisance for novice adventurers. The toads strike at opponents with their long purple tongues that are seen poking out of their mouths. When they reappeared in XI, the toxic toads also gained the ability to breathe out poisonous vapors as well and can bolster the defence of their allies with a protective song. When the toads have gone vicious, their attacks and exhalations can inflict envenomation instead of normal poison.
