Known as Flower Shower in this game, it costs no MP to use and reduces the accuracy of a single group of enemies to 3⁄8 (37.5%) for 5~8 turns. It can be learned by Red by allocating 4 skill points into her Fans skill.
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies[edit | edit source]
Flower Power costs 2 MP to use and attempts to dazzle a single group of enemies for 5~8 turns, reducing their accuracy. It is learned by allocating 3 skill points into the Fan skill.

Dragon Quest X [edit | edit source]
Flower Power costs 2 MP to use and attempts to bedazzle all enemies in an area of effect in front of the user. It has a base success rate of 75%, increasing to approximately 100% when the user's Style reaches 1,050. It can be learned by a Martial Artist, Minstrel, Luminary, Dancer, Druid, Sage, and Hermit by allocating 7 skill points into the Fan skill.
Dragon Quest X Offline[edit | edit source]
Flower Power costs 1 MP to use and attempts to bedazzle a single group of enemies. It can be learned by the Hero as a Martial Artist, Minstrel, Luminary, or Dancer, and Fuura through the Fans panel in their Character Builder for a single skill point.
