Silver bar
The Silver bar is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series. It is a heavy bullion of solid silver that can be sold for a high amount of gold.

Silver bars can be dropped by Archdemon-type Mawkeepers. It can be safely sold for 2,000 gold each, being the second most expensive material in the game right behind the Gold bar.
Dragon Quest Heroes II edit
Silver bars can be dropped once again by Archdemon-type Mawkeepers, as well as Mimics. It can be sold for 2,000 gold.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 edit
A similar item, the silver ingot, appears in the game, but it is used as a raw material for crafting items.
