Elephant king
The elephant king is a new monster in the Dragon Quest series and it was introduced in Dragon Quest X.

The Elephant King, along with the Naumannborg and Evil Ganesha, are the only monsters to not reappear in the remake of another Dragon Quest game, probably due to difficulties of programming the Ganesha's Maxi axe drop or because of Rajiin Zed's objections to having these monsters based on Ganesha in the all versions of the Definitive Edition.
