The Grudgerigar is a recurrent monster in the Dragon Quest series and it was introduced in Dragon Quest V.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Grudgerigars are spherical, bird-like monsters based on parrots, however they are bigger than real-life parrots. Their body is covered with white feathers, although behind their head their is an area where the feathers are green and more fluffly; also, surrounding their green eyes there are little yellow feathers and the spiky crest of their forehead is made of green feathers. The only parts free from feathers are the salmon beak, the area that surrounds the nose (that is made from light orange skin) and their pale pink legs.
