These soldiers serve as the standing army for Heliodor, serving directly under Hendrik and Jasper. This puts them at odds with the Hero during the first act of the game, but once the Lord of Shadows enacts his decades long plan, these swordsmen put their military might to good use protecting the people from monsters.
