The Phantom mask has a Defence bonus of +48, increases the wearer's evasion rate by 12.5%, and can only be equipped by Angelo, as well as Morrie in the Nintendo 3DS version. It can be sold for 29,000 gold for the first sold, then reduces to 8,700 gold from the second sold onward. It can only be made in the Alchemy Pot.

In this game, the Phantom mask is a face accessory with a Defence bonus of +1 and a Style bonus of +20. With accessory synthesis, it can gain a bonus to either Agility or Deftness, along with increasing the Style bonus. It can be received in exchange for five Mini medals.
