Raven lunatic
The raven lunatic is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest III.

It is a green crow perched on top of a human skull, and is the first enemy in the series to be able to attack twice in a single round. Its name is a play on the term "raving lunatic".

Retroactively reappearing before XI from 5.1 onwards, raven lunatics are much stronger than in their debut game and next appearance. Once again, they are capable of acting twice per turn and will cast Accelerate, as well as gaining the ability to use Skeletoss and Scorch.

Raven lunatic appeared in the 10th card pack, "Frontier of Creation and Destruction" as a rare card exclusive for Mage leaders.
Dragon Quest Tact edit
Raven lunatic appears as a C-rank monster of the Nature family as part of the limited True Dragon Quest III event. It can be scouted from the Damdara stage of Searching for a Legend at any difficulty and it can participate in Robbin' 'Ood's Battle Road as a party member.
