The Rosewhip is a whip in the series.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
The rosewhip is a pink-coloured variant of the Thorn whip. It has a long lash made from a pink vine with purple thorns ending in a sharp arrowhead-like end that also has purple designs on it and a red handle ending in a golden loop. It inflicts extra damage to monsters of the plant or nature family and has a chance of either confusing or dazzling opponents when attacking.

The Rosewhip has an Attack bonus of +17, a Style bonus of +5, and increases the wielder's Weight by 5. It has a 2% chance of inflicting confusion when attacking and deals 10% extra damage to monsters of the Plant family. The whip has an equipment level of 21 and can be equipped by a Mage, Thief, Luminary, Monster Wrangler, or Fortune Teller. It can be crafted by a weapon blacksmith.

The Rosewhip has an Attack bonus of +17, a Charm bonus of +5, and deals 10% extra damage to monsters of the Plant family. It has a 2% chance of inflicting confusion when attacking. The whip can be equipped by the Hero as a Mage, Thief, or Luminary, and Duston. It can be purchased for 1,350 gold at weapon shops or crafted with the Fun-Size Forge.

The Rosewhip is a 3★ whip with an Attack bonus of +19 and a Magical Might bonus of +12 at level 1 that allows the wielder to use Starstrike. It can be acquired randomly by pulling from any equipment banner.
Dragon Quest Smash/Grow[edit | edit source]
The Rosewhip is a 1★ whip with a Magical Might bonus of +25 at level 1. Its Coup de Grâce is Flutter Lash. Its starting Boon is Magical Might +3. The whip can be acquired randomly from any transmuter.
