Shielding Midheal is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is an upgraded version of Midheal that replenishes the target's health and shields them from some incoming damage.

Shielding Midheal can be learned by Orc queen at level 22 and Medislime through Talent Blossoming, costing 46 MP to cast. It has a range of 1-2 squares away from the caster, can be self-cast and restores a moderate amount of HP to a single ally while also reducing the amount of damage taken by 15% for 3 turns. Upgrading the spell increases its healing effect.
