Super seed of magic
Super seeds of are ultra-nutritious items that can grant characters that eat them a particularly powerful boost to their maximum MP, double that of the more common seeds of magic. The super seeds debuted in the Nintendo 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VII released in 2013, and have since spread throughout the series.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past edit
Super seeds of increase a character's by 6~8 points. They can be obtained as the first-clear rewards in the Demon's Den DLC Tablet along with the Crockery Crag and Boobytrap Bluff Traveller's Tablets. They can also be harvested from the black book DLC monsters at a 1/256 rate.

Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition edit
Super seeds of magic increase a character's MP by 20 points when used. There are only eight in the game, given to the player upon completing the secret trial of the Wheel of Harma in 60 turns or less.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince edit
Super seeds of magic increase a monster's max MP by 10 points but will not break the hard limit imposed by the monster's species; this can only be done through careful application of the growth inheritance aspect of monster synthesis. Super seeds of magic are given out as possible rewards for completing Fizzy's quickfire online battles in Rosehill Tower, and can be left behind by monsters dismissed from the Monster Paddock.
