The Tiger jackal is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VI. It is a blue-furred beastman warrior wielding a sharp claw in each hand.

Characteristics

Tiger jackals are tough tussling man-beasts with bold blue fur, garish gold wrestling trunks and boots, and dangerous long-clawed gauntlets designed to deal devastating damage to foes. They'll curiously use their crushing claws to try and entirely throw an opponent right out of battle, sending them sailing back to the wagon. The terrifying beasts love to build up their strength, ready to deal extra damage with their next attack.
