Wooper Guard is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Salamarauder's signature abilities, giving itself a boost to its defensive capabilities.

Etymology[edit | edit source]
The word wooper references the term "wooper looper" (ウーパールーパー, Ūpārūpā), a term introduced by the Nissin Foods company to refer to their axolotl mascot, which appeared in a 1985 commercial.
