Aristocrat
Aristocrat (ブルジョワ, Burujowa?, lit. Bourgeois) is a personality in Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake. It is the unisex replacement of the princess personality from previous remake versions of Dragon Quest III.

The Aristocrat personality has no influence on Strength growth, reduces Resilience growth by 30%, reduces Agility growth by 20%, reduces Stamina and Wisdom growth by 10%, and increases Luck growth by 40%. Characters of any vocation with Appearance B can become an Aristocrat by equipping the Golden tiara in the primary accessory slot. A character of any vocation can become an Aristocrat by reading a copy of the Primm's Primer book.
It is possible to create a character from Patty's Party Planning Place that starts as an Aristocrat, but only those of certain vocations. However, even by replicating the same method of distributing seeds, it is still possible to end up with a different personality.

- Aristocrat's Japanese name Bourgeois (ブルジョワ, Burujowa?) refers to the bourgeoisie, a social class of business owners, merchants, and wealthy people which emerged in the Late Middle Ages. In modern times, it can be used to refer to people who are generally materialistic and concerned with respectability and convention.
