The Caverns Under Octagonia are a dungeon in Dragon Quest XI. It is a series of caves located underneath the orphanage in Octagonia. The caverns cannot be visited until after the grand final of the Masked Martial Arts Tournament, when a staircase leading down to them is discovered in the lower level of the orphanage.

Blue eye	Treasure chest on the left in a small chamber to the north located after passing through the chambers to the south at the second intersection.
Seed of skill	Received after defeating the cannibox found in the right treasure chest in the small chamber to the north after exiting the chambers at the second intersection.
Yggdrasil leaf	Treasure chest located in a small alcove covered by spiderwebs in the southernmost chamber located after crawling underneath a stone wall.
Magic water x4	Treasure chest located west of the door at the end passageway of the caverns.
