The Orc chieftain is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest II.

It is a porcine spear-wielding beastman with golden fur.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

The orc chieftain wears simple purple clothing tied with a rope belt and it wields a long spear with a purple shaft. Mimicing human society, the chief of a tribe has heavier pockets than his plebeian charges. Roast this boar for some quick cash! These orcs have also gained the ability to cast healing magic on themselves and their allies.
