The Golden tiara is a piece of headwear in Dragon Quest IV and Dragon Quest IX.

Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen[edit | edit source]
The Golden tiara has a Defence bonus of +12 and can be equipped by a female Hero, Alena, Maya, and Meena. When equipped, it reduces the accuracy of confusion spells and attacks to 1⁄3 or 85⁄256. It can be purchased for 540 gold from Porthrunnel, Mintos, and Femiscyra and sold for 405 gold. One can be found in a treasure chest at the Pharos Beacon. The golden tiara also has a 1⁄64 chance of being dropped by Metal slimes or a 1⁄128 chance of being dropped by Pocus poppets and Sand vipers.
