The Brainy badboon is a monster in the series.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

Brainy badboons are bulky, pink-furred primates with colorful face markings and posteriors. In their original appearance, they had purple fur instead. They have the ability to cast some debilitating magic on their enemies.

Dragon Quest Tact[edit | edit source]

Brainy badboon appears as an A-rank monster of the Beast family as part of the True Dragon Quest II event in the Japanese version. It stars in its own Battle Road.

Dragon Quest Builders 2[edit | edit source]

The enormous Brainy Badboon is the primary antagonist of Furrowfield, and serves as its final boss. It drops the leaf of life.
