Soothing Storm can be learned by Nera at level 32 and costs 116 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares in front of Nera and inflicts major [[Woosh]]-type spell damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally and rarely has a chance to put them to [[Status effect|sleep]]. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the MP it costs to cast.
