Soothing Storm is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Nera's signature abilities, calling forth a hypnotic tempest that can put foes to sleep.

Soothing Storm can be learned by Nera at level 32 and costs 116 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares in front of Nera and inflicts major Woosh-type spell damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally and rarely has a chance to put them to sleep. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the MP it costs to cast.
