The dancer's mail is a recurring suit of armor in the Dragon Quest series. Designed for battle dancers, it increases the wearer's evasion rate thanks to its light weight and freedom of movement.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit | edit source]
The dancer's mail has a defence bonus of +37, a style bonus of +38, and raises the wearer's evasion to 1/6th. Only Maribel and Aishe can wear it.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit | edit source]
The Dancer's mail has a Defence bonus of +57, increases evasion rate to 12.5%, and can only be equipped by Angelo, as well as Red in the Nintendo 3DS version.
