Characteristics
The dark skeleton is a recurring MFamilies in the DQSeries, first appearing in the original game. It is a pitch-black variant of the regular skeleton. Much like Shades and Silhouettes, they are animated shadows that attack adventurers; the difference being that the dark skeleton has retained the solid mass of its physical self.
Dark Skeletons are tougher than any other Skeleton-type monsters found within the same game. They are usually either completely black, or in all black and white (emphasis on the black).

The dark skeleton is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in the original game. It is a pitch-black variant of the regular skeleton. Much like Shades and Silhouettes, they are animated shadows that attack adventurers; the difference being that the dark skeleton has retained the solid mass of its physical self.
