Tactical Commander is a trait in the Dragon Quest Monsters series.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince

Monsters with the Tactical Commander trait will always perform 2 actions in a row. The number of actions is not affected if the player does not issue specific orders.

Having this trait will lower the monster's maximum stats by 20%, save for HP and MP.
