The Mystical Spring is source of healing in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.

It is a specifically named [[Healing Spring in the game.

Story

During their travels, the Hero and party stumble upon the Mystical Spring and meeting a former Seer of the Kingdom of Argonia who lives in a nearby house.

The Seer informs them that the Spring can heal and even undo curses upon use.

Princess Medea of Trodain tries to drink from it to regain her human form, only to discover that herself and her father's curse is too strong for the water to retain it's effects.

The Hero and party return numerous times to heal their wounds and to allow Medea moments to return to her true form.
